My story starts back in 2018. I had broken my fibula, had multiple surgeries, and was in a bad relationship. I was non weight-bearing for two years (and Covid did not help) and put on more weight than I ever had in my entire life! I would look in the mirror and wouldn’t even recognize myself! I became depressed and would purposely wear big clothes to cover my body. I gave up on myself…..then I met Heidi, we chatted about weight loss and eating appropriately, but I had never made a commitment before. I would try fad diets and just give up when I saw no results (I was impatient). I tried Heidi’s boot camp and realized how out of shape I truly was. Once boot camp had ended, Heidi and I both discussed me actually making a commitment and following through with my personal journey of fitness. I have been working with Heidi as my personal trainer now for just a few short months and the change already is overwhelming! I see changes in my body, face, confidence, moods and overall energy! I have already gone down five (5) pants size! Heidi knows when to push and when not to. She takes pride in her client’s overall health (physical and mental). She is always in your corner, no matter what! She learns your body and understands what it needs, which is different for everybody. Heidi has been and is a phenomenal, caring, and knowledgeable trainer and friend! Heidi, thank you…… You have given me back! As Heidi says, NOTHING is impossible!!
